About Howard Jenkins
Howard has forty five years post qualification experience in building construction, the procurement process, statutory approvals, contracts, contractual disputes, building inspections, defects analysis and remediation, dilapidations, conservation, party wall matters and professional performance. Since 2001, Howard has acted in more than 175 construction and property disputes as expert adviser and expert witness ranging from a few thousand pounds in value to circa £100 million in value.

Howard has been in private practice since 1979 and since 1982 has practiced on his own account or with others. Howard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1981, winning the Robert Henry Mills Prize for the highest marks worldwide in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) final examinations. Howard became a Fellow of the RICS in 1987. Currently, Howard is a member of the RICS Dispute Resolution Working Group, is accredited by the RICS as an Expert Witness and is an assessor for the RICS Expert Witness Accreditation Scheme Assessment Panel. Howard is also accredited by the Academy of Experts as a Practicing Member.
